| I have used the Boston cleaner and conditioning solution for many years. I have nothing but good things to say about the solutions. However, I am terribly disappointed that the new flip lid is next to impossible to open. I find I leave the bottle open on my counter so I will not have to attempt opening the bottle for the next use. Leaving the tip of the bottle exposed to the air allows germs to sit on the bottle. Could you please go back to the screw on caps which I much prefer? |

| I've used Boston for years and think it is great. Tried Simplex and like it better than ever, but the new bottle lid is terrible. I have cut it off since lid is always getting in the way, and then trying to snap lid on is difficult. Who thought this was better idea?? |

| I've used Boston Lens products for more than 20 years. It's the only product I've found for rgp lenses. The fact that you changed the packaging in an incomvenience, because it's smaller and it has a flip open cap which is not easy to flip open. I prefer the screw off cap and the flat bottle with more product inside to last longer. Please return to presenting your product to fit your customer's needs. Thank You |

| Someone should really get fired about the new bottles, it really shows how incompetent someone can be. It makes you wonder who did tests on the new bottle. Someone was probably outrageously paid to design this new bottle and of course they didn't want to recognize the error. I guess they have to find a reason to explain the raise in price... No way I'll buy this product again unless they switch back to the old bottle or something better. I'll have to find another product to replace it... |

| I am a Boston solution user for 40 years and would never use another brand. However, now that they switched to new lids, I have the worst time trying to open and close them. Put them back the way they were!!! I think that I might have to switch brands after all these years. It would be a pity. |

| In the past I used all in one cleaners but the Boston Advanced System is by far the best. My gas permeable contact lenses have never been so comfortable. I don't like the way the bottles open though. |

| Obviously, the people who designed the new cap don't use contact lens fluid. You need to be able to open the bottle with one hand - and its next to impossible with the new lids. I find I have to fold back the cap - even harder when I want to drop some liquid into my eyes to flush them out. Please return to the original screw lids. I too, like others, have used this product for 30 years! Thank You. |

| I would have given the Boston Advance wetting solution 5 stars but for the change from 3 oz. bottles to 3 1/2oz. Now, instead of just taking the bottle with me as I travel, I have to buy small plastic bottles and transfer solution so as not to have it confiscated at the airport. Who at Boston thought that was a good idea -- to change bottle sizes just as the TSA was issuing new rules on liquid transport in carry-ons? |

| I recently purchased Boston Advance Cleaner and Boston Advance Conditioner. I have used them for well over a decade and have always been satisfied with the products. I am still happy with the product but I am very irritated with the new flip lid. This is my first experience and for once I don't think that this is an improvement. I actually prefer the old screw-on lid. Otherwise, the product is great. |

| I am a Boston solution user for 20 years. However, the new design and lids are impossible. You need to be able to open the bottle with one hand which is an impossibility now. Also the form of the bottle and the flip lid are very impracticable. When it comes to tossing it into your handbag or other bag for a day out, the old screw on lid and a slender design are what's required. Why would anyone change a great design (the old one) to something obnoxious like this? He probably never held a hard lense in his hands! |
